The Role
We’re looking for a creative and results-driven Campaign and Events Manager to join our Group Marketing team. You will be responsible for designing and driving integrated campaigns that span multiple brands across our portfolio and 360-degree campaigns that require a strong mix of storytelling, channel orchestration, and awareness-building. You will manage cross-brand events to ensure high-value for both the brands involved and team.blue.
This role is ideal for a demand-focused marketeer who thrives in matrixed environments, loves working across borders and brands, and brings both strategic vision and executional excellence to multi-touch campaigns and events.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Multi-Brand Campaigns
Design and oversee integrated, cross-brand campaigns that span multiple European markets. Align with group-wide strategic priorities while adapting to local brand identities, customer needs, and channel nuances. Act as the strategic bridge between brands and functional resources to ensure tailored relevance, shared KPIs, and world-class execution. Champion data-driven planning and maintain an editorial calendar that reflects key moments across the business and product roadmap.
Drive Awareness-Led Marketing
Develop high-impact, awareness-generating programs that move the needle on brand preference and category leadership. Translate group narratives into compelling messaging. Partner with the Creative Manager and Content & Campaigns lead to deliver breakthrough assets, leveraging ATL, digital, and content marketing to maximize reach and resonance across B2B and D2C audiences.
Orchestrate Events and Activations
Own the end-to-end planning and execution of multi-brand events, from webinars to large tradeshows. Ensure smooth execution and alignment with campaign goals (e.g., demand generation, thought leadership, customer acquisition), ensuring each delivers measurable value. Lead cross-functional planning, develop run-of-show, coordinate vendors/speakers, and manage logistics and budget with precision. Build pre- and post-event journeys to extend impact and generate leads.
Collaborate on Best Practices
Work with the Content & Campaigns Manager and key stakeholders to establish campaign-specific KPIs in line with awareness, engagement, and conversion objectives. Use tools such as marketing dashboards, CRM analytics, and feedback loops to monitor performance and gather actionable insights. Share regular reports with stakeholders, highlighting learnings and optimization opportunities. Maintain a test-and-learn mindset across initiatives.
What You Bring:
* 5+ years of experience in marketing campaign management or events, ideally within a B2B, tech, or digital services context.
* A track record of building and executing integrated marketing campaigns—preferably across multiple geographies or brands.
* Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
* Excellent creative sensibility paired with data-driven decision making.
* Experience with awareness-stage marketing activities, content distribution, and longer-funnel campaign tactics.
* Comfort working in fast-paced, matrixed environments and with remote teams.
* Multi-lingual communications – strong written and verbal storytelling skills in English + Dutch or Italian preferred although will consider other European languages
* Proficiency with marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Asana, Google Analytics)
