Consultant for Employment Law and Social Security
We are seeking a consultant to reinforce our Employment law and Social Security team in Belgium. Our People Advisory Services Department provides consulting services to clients on various topics, including national and international employment law, social security, and immigration.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* National Employment Law: All staff-related consulting and compliance, including hiring of staff, individual and collective dismissals, payroll and social documents, and employment agreements.
* International Employment Law: Advisory and implementation of salary split, secondment within EEA and abroad, assignments, and international policies.
* National and International Social security: Consulting and compliance related to the effect of cross-border employment on social security coverage.
* Immigration: Consulting and compliance related to immigration formalities in Belgium and abroad.
* Assistance with social inspections and performing due diligence in the framework of merger and acquisitions.
You Will Obtain:
* A Master's degree in law.
* An additional degree in Social Law or proven knowledge of Social Law based on the chosen majors during your Law study.
* Strong language skills in Dutch/French and English.
* A commercial feeling.
* The ability to start in September 2025.
