This is a hands-on leadership role where strategy meets execution.
You will define the commercial roadmap while staying close to the business, leading key negotiations, opening doors, and building a high-performing sales team.
You will play a critical role in scaling the brand across key retail channels and geographies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Own and drive the full sales strategy across markets and channels (Retail, E-commerce, Distributors)
* Lead, inspire, and grow a high-impact sales team (KAMs, Account Managers)
* Personally handle and close strategic negotiations with top-tier retail accounts
* Accelerate distribution, visibility, and market share across Europe
* Identify and unlock new growth opportunities (new channels, markets, partnerships)
* Act as a true business partner to Marketing, ensuring strong go-to-market execution
* Build structure where needed: processes, tools, KPIs, and performance culture
* Deliver on ambitious revenue and profitability targets
* More than 10 years of experience in FMCG sales, ideally within a challenger or fast-growing brand
* Strong track record with key retailers (e.g. mass market, drugstores, DIY, specialty retail)
* Proven experience in building and leading high-performing teams
* Entrepreneurial mindset: hands-on, agile, solution-driven
* Sharp commercial instinct and strong negotiation skills
* Comfortable operating in a scale-up / transformation environment
* International exposure is a plus
* Fluent in French, Dutch and English
