Our client operates in the IT industry, playing a significant role in shaping how organisations manage digital transformation, governance and secure project execution. As the IT landscape continues to shift toward stronger security expectations, robust methodologies and more customer-centric delivery, this function becomes critical to long-term success.
Prosource is looking for an inspiring, structured and strategically minded professional to join their client’s organisation as Head of PM. In this role, you will guide the strategic and operational evolution of the Project Management Office, ensuring unified delivery standards, clear governance and a consistent focus on quality and client satisfaction.
You will work closely with a team of functional analysts, project managers and programme managers, helping them build confidence, strengthen communication and deliver work that genuinely moves the organisation forward. Your impact will be visible across the entire project portfolio, influencing delivery quality within the European market.

What you will be doing:
Shape and contribute to the strategic vision of the PMO, partnering closely with senior leadership to support organisational growth.
Ensure a unified and standardised project management methodology aligned with regulatory and ISO expectations.
Integrate security considerations (systems, data, access) into planning for all programmes and projects.
Oversee the full client project portfolio, ensuring effective prioritisation and optimal resource allocation.
Lead and support the two main teams within the PMO: Functional Analysts and Program/Project Managers.
Coordinate hiring, professional development and performance management to maintain a high level of departmental expertise.
Promote a culture of accountability, performance and cross-departmental collaboration.
Ensure successful delivery of all programmes and projects within agreed timelines, budgets and quality expectations.
Monitor KPIs and ensure accurate reporting on departmental performance and project progression.
Act as a senior escalation point for strategic or complex client programmes.
Collaborate with commercial teams to assess feasibility of incoming client requests and support a smooth transition toward delivery.
What you bring:
Ambition to further develop your career in project and programme management within the IT field.
Proven experience in a similar leadership role.
Past experience in the IT industry is a strong asset.
Your strengths include project governance, strategic delivery, risk management and operational oversight.
Working experience with tools such as JIRA (admin level) and ideally Confluence.
Ability to guide teams through complex challenges with calm, clarity and empathy.
Strong collaboration, organisational and decision?making skills.
Comfort in client?facing interactions with the ability to translate complex topics into understandable messages.
Strong communication skills in French and Dutch.
