Senior Legal Advisor – Expansion & Strategic PartnershipsAs a Senior Legal Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting the growth of the Expansion & Affiliation division within a leading retail group. Keep reading!Your Responsibilities:You will serve as a strategic partner to internal departments such as Real Estate, Expansion, Affiliation, and Technical teams, supporting their development.You will assist in the negotiation of affiliation agreements, real estate contracts, and other related commercial agreements, as well as handle disputes, mediations, and amicable settlements.You will help negotiate long-term strategic partnership agreements with key suppliers and stakeholders, also supporting conflict resolution when needed.You will build strong, long-term relationships with both internal stakeholders and external partners.You will translate legal concepts into practical advice that delivers real value to the business.You will provide tailored legal counsel and creative, business-oriented solutions.You will proactively track legal developments and assess their potential impact, ensuring relevant teams are informed and trained as needed.You’ll connect legal knowledge with operational understanding to identify innovative alternatives, prioritize work, and influence decision-making.You will contribute to multidisciplinary teams on various projects, offering legal support throughout business negotiations.Your Profile:You hold a Master’s degree in Law.You have at least 5 years of relevant legal experience, with expertise in drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial and real estate contracts.
