Customer Retention Expert
Location: Avenue du Bourget, 3, 1140 Evere
Mission:
In this role, you will be responsible for Customer Retention Management for a specific segment of customers and/or particular stages of the lifecycle. You will develop and execute action and campaign plans to support active customer base management, focusing both on value (revenues generation or protection) and volumes (churn reduction or gross adds acceleration).
Key responsibilities:
* Define global customer strategy for a given segment of customers or a specific step of lifecycle in line with corporate strategy & business objectives
* Translate strategy into consistent action / campaign plan (pro-active, reactive) in collaboration with CJ Expert, evaluate performance, report and optimize
* Coordinate & deliver plan with all involved parties
* Act as a SPOC for all requests of actions on given segment of customer and challenge the requests based on defined strategy, expertise and segment insights
* Contribute to budget forecasts and responsible use of resources in given scope
* Contribute to projects aimed at improving direct marketing performance
* Define action plan to meet business objective including target, communication objectives, media mix, CTA and end to end customer journey with involved stakeholders.
Your profile:
* Degree in Management, Marketing or Communication, or related
* Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience, including 1-2 years of exposure to marketing
* Previous experience in E2E campaign development would a plus
* Experience in the B2C sector would be a plus
* Ability to develop and implement an action plan in response to a business issue
* Excellent communication skills
* Capacity to convince and federate stakeholders around given initiative
* Capacity to drive a project team to deliver actions/campaigns
* Fluent English and French, Dutch would be a plus
