Based in Antwerp, you will develop strong customer relationships, identify new opportunities, and expand our market presence. You will work in a truly international environment and travel regularly to West Africa and occasionally worldwide. * Develop (20%) and manage (80%) a profitable customer portfolio in West Africa.
* Maintain and strengthen relationships with customers and suppliers.
* Identify and convert new business opportunities.
* Negotiate and follow up on international sales and purchase transactions.
* Define the strategic direction for your region and product portfolio.
* Take a hands-on role in solving operational challenges.
* Travel regularly to West Africa and occasionally worldwide.
Who are you?
* Min. Bachelor degree with minimum 3 years of commercial experience in an international environment; experience in the paper industry is a plus.
* Strong passion for international sales with excellent negotiation and communication skills.
* Fluency in French & English; Dutch is an asset.
* Proactive, flexible, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
* Skilled at building relationships across cultures and comfortable with frequent travel.
* Hands-on, solution-driven, and eager to tackle operational issues.
* Based in the Antwerp region.
