As the China - Corporate Liason Manager, you play a critical role in facilitating communication and collaboration between the Trasis Group and Trasis Beijing. After a 6 months onboarding period in the headquarters in Belgium, you'll join Trasis Beijing in China. You ensure that both the operational, strategic, and cultural elements of the two organisations align effectively during the integration period and beyond. You act as a key point of contact for all matters related to technical, product, and operations integration, helping to navigate and resolve any challenges that arise, and ensuring smooth cooperation between teams across both organization's.
Responsibilities
* You participate in the integration efforts between Trasis Group and Trasis Beijing, ensuring that processes, systems, and strategies align with overall corporate objectives.
* You monitor operational integration timelines, deliverables, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure successful outcomes.
* You participate in project management, continuous improvement of operations, and resolution of technical and/or organisational issues.
* You work closely with key departments across both organizations to ensure seamless coordination of integration efforts and to resolve any issues that arise.
* You support cross-functional teams in adapting business processes, technology platforms, and workflows to harmonise the operational frameworks of both companies.
* You participate in exchanges of good practices. You drive the successful adoption of systems, tools, and best practices between the acquired and parent companies.
* You support the alignment of company cultures, values, and employee engagement strategies to foster a unified work environment post-acquisition. You address any cultural clashes or differences and work toward developing an inclusive, collaborative work environment.
* You ensure employee morale and productivity remain high during the integration process, providing feedback and insights to management when necessary.
* You ensure all relevant operational information is shared between the two companies in a timely and organised manner, helping to avoid miscommunication or confusion.
* You identify and support initiatives aimed at integrating the group's vision and mission.
Profile
* You have a Master's degree in civil/commercial engineering or science.
* You have minimum 3 years' experience in the industrial sector (equipment manufacturing/assembly, production management, industrial engineering, or B2B distribution).
* You have experience in international environments or cross-border projects.
* You are fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written). Proficiency in French is an asset.
* You have excellent intercultural communication skills (ideally bicultural European/Chinese).
* You have the ability to assert yourself and influence others without direct authority.
* You have excellent interpersonal skills, you are diplomatic, able to unite and build trust.
* You are proficient in the use of ERP tools and affinity with industrial management systems.
* You have interest in science and technology environments.
* You have the ability to work in a team and are result-oriented.
* You have a proven experience in change and project Management
