Role
The Talent & Office Manager plays a key role in creating an effective and engaging work environment for highly talented teams, both on-site and remote.
Main responsibilities include:
* Strengthening team cohesion within a diverse, hybrid ecosystem
* Managing recruitment, onboarding and offboarding processes
* Supporting managers in talent and skills management
* Organizing team events
* Supporting individual and team development to enable high-performing teams
* Managing and continuously improving the office environment and workspace
* Handling administrative and operational tasks: procurement, invoicing, financial reporting, travel, expenses and regulatory administration (A1, Limosa, etc.)
* Providing administrative support for collaboration tools and internal processes
* Temporary support to accounts payable when required
* Supporting the management team (meeting organization, travel arrangements, minutes, etc.)
The role also involves actively promoting the vision and values of the organization and leading by example.
Candidate Profile
* Proven experience managing a fast-paced office environment
* Strong attention to detail with excellent execution skills
* Proactive, adaptable, autonomous, with a strong service mindset
* Highly organized; basic accounting knowledge and numerical fluency
* Full professional proficiency in English
* Strong interest in team culture and talent development
* High standards of professional and intellectual integrity
* Ability to handle success, failure and feedback constructively
