Your Role
As a Maintenance Technician, you will be a key player in ensuring the continuity and reliability of our production processes. Your work will help safeguard both the performance and longevity of our machinery and facilities, supporting a safe and efficient working environment for everyone on site.

Key Responsibilities
* Preventive Maintenance: Execute scheduled maintenance tasks to avoid breakdowns and keep machinery running efficiently.
* Corrective Maintenance: Diagnose and repair equipment and utility issues using schematics, manuals, and technical tools.
* Machine Setup: Perform tool changes, adjust settings, and conduct test runs to ensure machines meet quality standards.
* Facilities & Utilities: Maintain site utilities (compressed air, HVAC, lighting, safety systems) to ensure smooth and safe operations.
* Documentation: Accurately log maintenance activities, update technical documentation, and contribute to continuous improvement plans.
* Collaboration: Support external technicians during installations or major repairs and help maintain an orderly, efficient workspace.
What You Bring
* Education: Mechanical, Electro-Mechanical, Automation Graduate/ bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience).
* Experience: Proven practical, hands-on experience in a maintenance or technical role.
* Technical Skills: Ability to read technical drawings; PLC programming knowledge (Omron, Siemens, Beckhoff)
* IT Proficiency: Comfortable with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Language skills: Fluent in Dutch and English (written and spoken).
* You: A strong communicator with a hands-on mindset. Passionate about collaboration and continuously seeking ways to grow and enhance your skills.
