Our product range spans over 800 active SKUs sourced primarily from Asia, warehoused through 3PL partners in Belgium, the UK, Canada, and the US, and sold across Amazon (EU, UK, US, CA), our own website, and wholesale partners. We are growing fast and need someone to own the full picture. About the Role We are looking for a Supply Chain Manager to take full ownership of our supply chain, from procurement and supplier management through logistics and inventory planning to final delivery across all channels. You will lead a team of three (Procurement Coordinator, Logistics Coordinator, Supply Chain Operator) and report directly to the Co-CEO/COO. Your mandate is to ensure products reach customers reliably and cost-effectively, while building a team and systems that operate autonomously. Key Responsibilities End-to-End Supply Chain Ownership Own the macro view of the full supply chain flow across continents: Asia (procurement and production), Europe (3PL hub and local warehouses), and North America (hub and FBA fulfillment) Understand and optimize cost, lead times, and bottlenecks at each stage of the flow Maintain product availability across all channels with stockouts below the target Cost Optimization Establish a precise cost baseline across freight, warehousing, duties, and handling Identify and execute savings levers to deliver measurable cost reduction Make data-driven decisions on freight routes, supplier terms, and consolidation Team Leadership Lead, coach, and develop a team of three direct reports Set clear expectations, track KPIs weekly, and hold the team accountable Build enough structure and autonomy that the founders can step back from daily supply chain operations Supplier Management and Risk Mitigation Map and assess the full supplier base: concentration risk, delivery performance, criticality Develop key supplier relationships beyond transactional ordering Build and execute mitigation plans for single points of failure (dual sourcing, buffer strategies, supplier development) New Product Introduction (Cross-Functional) Own the supply chain workstream for new product launches: onboarding new suppliers, setting up products in the system, ensuring compliance (risk cards, certifications), coordinating first shipments Work closely with the Product team to integrate supply chain requirements early in the development process Process and Systems Document and standardize supply chain processes through clear SOPs Build and maintain a live dashboard for key supply chain KPIs Collaborate with our internal IT team to improve and develop custom tools that support supply chain workflows About You 5 to 8 years of experience in supply chain or operations, with at least 2 years managing a team You think in end-to-end flows (Asia to Europe & North America) and understand how a decision at one point impacts cost, lead time, or risk downstream You make decisions with data, not gut feel, whether it is about freight routes, supplier choices, or stock allocation You set clear expectations, follow up consistently, and hold people accountable constructively You build processes and document them so they outlast you. You leave systems better than you find them Ideally, you have worked in a consumer goods or e-commerce company in the 20 to 75 million euro range: structured enough that you have seen good systems, hands-on enough that you have built them yourself Fluent in English (working language).
