Equans is looking for a Finance Administrator to join our projects team working on our HMCTS contract at our head office in Central London on a 12 month fixed-term contract. This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week working from 09:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday with a 30 minute unpaid break. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.

Please note this role offers home working with occasional visits to the Central London office.

What will you deliver?

* Reporting to the PMO Manager
* Maintain accurate financial records, ensuring data is entered correctly into accounting systems.
* Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable, including tracking outstanding invoices and following up with vendors or clients.
* Assist with client PO management, ensuring we have enough PO value to invoice against.
* Support month‑end and year‑end closing activities, preparing reconciliations and basic financial reports.
* Monitor budgets and expenditures, flagging discrepancies or unusual activity.
* Prepare financial documents such as reports, summaries, and spreadsheets for internal use.
* Coordinate with internal teams to gather financial information and resolve queries.
* Assist with audits, providing documentation and supporting evidence as needed.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant financial regulations.
* Support the PMO in fulling its function in financial operations.
