As Service Academy Manager for the Compressor Technique Europe region, you play a key role in developing and executing training programs that ensure our service teams have the right skills and certifications to support our customers effectively. You will report to the CTS Academy Manager and work closely with Service Specialists, Technical Support and Training teams across our European Customer Centers.
You manage the daily operations of the European Service Academy, including facilities, equipment, tools and logistics while also driving strategic initiatives for competence development. You coordinate blended learning programs (videos, e-learning, virtual sessions, classroom training), roll out the Train-the-Trainer program, and develop structured learning paths with clear prerequisites and certifications. You also support the creation of induction programs and collaborate with regional academy managers to align best practices and learning standards.
To be successful, you combine a pragmatic, hands-on approach with strong organizational and communication skills. You are confident working independently, enjoy connecting with diverse teams, and take initiative to continuously improve our learning offer.

* Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent by experience
* Strong technical knowledge and understanding of service or marketing activities
* Experience in developing training programs is a strong asset
* Excellent command of English and good knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, O365, SharePoint)
* Familiarity with e-learning tools (Articulate, SCORM) is a plus
