🔍 What You’ll Do
* Drive targeted outbound campaigns that cut through the noise and bring in high-quality prospects across Europe
* Own your outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn) and engage confidently with operators and C-level decision-makers
* Use data to sharpen your performance — track results, iterate messaging, and improve conversion rates
* Collaborate with the team to refine the GTM strategy and keep the pipeline moving
* Take initiative and solve problems fast — you don’t wait for permission, you make things happen
* Represent the company at international events, connecting with potential customers face-to-face
This is a high-ownership role where execution speed and initiative truly matter.
🎯 We’re Looking For Someone Who
* Has 0-3 years of experience in outbound sales or GTM roles — ideally in B2B SaaS or a fast-paced startup
* Thrives in a growing company where speed, ownership, and initiative are key
* Communicates clearly, listens actively, and persuades with confidence
* Is motivated by targets, knows how to build pipeline, and has a track record of hitting goals
* Can manage a high volume of prospects across multiple markets
* Is coachable and growth-oriented — you take feedback seriously and improve quickly
* Is fluent in English and Dutch (conversational French is a plus)
Bonus: Experience with Sales Navigator, Apollo, Clay, Lemlist, or a CRM like Salesforce.
