Overview
Lead Data Architect role at Devoteam, a leading consulting firm focused on digital transformation. You will be at the heart of our customers data strategy, defining how data should be structured and helping make data-driven decisions. You will work with the customer, Rik (Head of Data & Analytics), and a PM to deliver best-in-class solutions in the emerging cloud market, supported by the Data Tribe of engineers. Responsibilities
Define data architecture and data infrastructure in alignment with client goals. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to determine what can be done with data and how it can address business challenges. Work with the PM to ensure timely, high-quality delivery in the cloud space. Engage with senior management and customers as needed. Qualifications
Experience with Terraform, CI/CD. Knowledge of data architecture and data infrastructure. Experience with data engineering and data pipelines. Pipeline development experience with Python, Golang or Java. Experience in Google Cloud or other cloud environments and data processing solutions. Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies. Strong communication skills, able to interact with senior management and customers. Ability to be a role model for junior team members. English fluency; French or Dutch is preferred. Nice to have Knowledge of Apache Spark, Beam and/or Kafka. Experience coaching and mentoring a team. Benefits & Perks
