Job Description
As a Customer Service and Tender Support professional your responsibilities are:
* Provide exceptional support to customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
* Manage the tender process, ensuring all documentation is accurate and submitted on time.
* Coordinate with internal departments to gather required information for tenders.
* Maintain and update customer and tender records in the system.
* Monitor deadlines and ensure compliance with tender requirements.
* Assist in the preparation of reports related to customer service and tender activities.
* Ensure clear communication with customers and stakeholders throughout the process.
* Contribute to process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Customer Service and Tender Support professional should have:
* Educational background in a relevant field.
* Experience in customer service or tender support, preferably in the life science industry.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
* Proficiency in relevant software tools and systems.
* Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
