1. Becoming part of the Transaction team, LDS gives you hands-on exposure to diverse assignments, expanding your experience and shaping you into a highly skilled knowledgeable transaction advisor.
2. You will advise and guide clients in different types of M&A projects focussing on financial due diligence (buy- and sell-side), valuations, for both private equity firms and corporate organizations.
3. You manage the end-to-end project delivery in close collaboration with the client.
4. You perform and review financial analyses to identify and assess key deal drivers, value considerations, opportunities and risks.
5. You synthesize complex financial data into clear, actionable reports and insights.
6. By collaborating with other LDS teams (tax, transformation, strategy) you offer complete and integrated solutions to the client.
7. You act as a sparring partner to C-level stakeholders and investment professionals.
8. You ensure deadlines, deliverables, and expectations stay aligned throughout each assignment.
9. You will mentor and guide junior colleagues by sharing your knowledge and expertise.
Profile
10. You hold a University degree ideally in Finance, Economics or a related field.
11. You bring 4 to 8 years of relevant experience in (a combination of) corporate finance, financial due diligence, transactions or business controlling.
12. Numbers are in your nature and Excel & PowerPoint hold no secrets to you.
13. You have a proactive, pragmatic mindset and you take responsibility.
14. You are resilient and like to work in a high-performing and dynamic environment.
15. Regardless of how experienced you are, you are always keen to learn whether it be on the job or through specific training.
16. You have solid communication skills at all levels and you are fluent in English and Dutch or English and French.
17. Last but not least: you have a sense of humor and you like to connect with colleagues in a dynamic environment.
