For one of our clients, an independant bank agent, we are looking for a Financial and Insurance Advisor. In this role you guide individuals and families through important financial decisions that shape their future. You combine listening with insight, transforming complex questions into clear, sustainable solutions. Within a supportive local team, you help clients realise their goals and protect what matters most. Responsibilities
* Manage and proactively grow a portfolio of private clients.
* Provide tailored advice on banking, insurance and financial planning.
* Stay in regular contact with clients to anticipate and address their needs.
* Collaborate closely with colleagues to achieve common goals.
* Keep up to date with new financial products and digital innovations
Must have
* Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in finance or a related field.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong customer focus and ability to build lasting trust.
* Fluent in Dutch and French, both spoken and written.
* Confident with digital tools and eager to learn continuously
Nice to have
* Previous experience in retail banking or insurance.
* Knowledge of sustainable investment and responsible finance.
* Familiarity with CRM or client management systems.
* Certification in financial advisory.
* Ability to manage complex or multi-generational client portfolios.
