Mission
You define and implement procurement strategies from the early stages of the project, translating client requirements into concrete and effective actions.
You manage tender processes, negotiate contracts, and ensure their swift finalization in collaboration with project and legal teams.
You anticipate future needs by establishing framework agreements and ensuring proactive supplier management.
You ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations while maintaining operational agility in demanding environments.
You represent the procurement function in project steering committees and actively contribute to the overall project performance.
Profile
You hold an engineering degree or equivalent, with a specialization or strong affinity for project procurement.
You have between 3 and 10 years of experience in procurement, ideally in a technical or industrial environment.
You are skilled in negotiation techniques, contract management, and tender processes.
You are autonomous, solution-oriented, precise, and able to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
You have a good command of languages: Dutch, and English. And ideally in French.
