Mission
* You define and implement procurement strategies from the early stages of the project, translating client requirements into concrete and effective actions.
* You manage tender processes, negotiate contracts, and ensure their swift finalization in collaboration with project and legal teams.
* You anticipate future needs by establishing framework agreements and ensuring proactive supplier management.
* You ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations while maintaining operational agility in demanding environments.
* You represent the procurement function in project steering committees and actively contribute to the overall project performance.
Profile
* You hold an engineering degree or equivalent, with a specialization or strong affinity for project procurement.
* You have between 3 and 10 years of experience in procurement, ideally in a technical or industrial environment.
* You are skilled in negotiation techniques, contract management, and tender processes.
* You are autonomous, solution-oriented, precise, and able to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
* You have a good command of languages: French or Dutch, and English.
