AB InBev is seeking a Global Product Innovation Specialist for our Global Product Innovation team, part of CIF Product Innovation group, in the Global Innovation & Technology Center (GITEC), in Belgium. The Global Product Innovation team is one of the groups allowing AB InBev to innovate for iconic brands such as Stella Artois, Budweiser, or Corona. In partnership with our technical, commercial, innovation, and zone colleagues, our team is developing the best, superior Beers and Non-Alcoholic Beers to deliver more cheers to our consumers across the globe.

Role Key Accountabilities
1. In collaboration with Global and Zone Technical Centers, Brewing Quality, Brand, and Innovation teams develop superior Beers and NABeers according to brand guidelines, quality standards, and consumer needs
2. Develop new product, from recipe design to production in pilot brewery, to enable consumer tests.
3. Technical lead of medium to high complexity projects: accountable within the innovation project team, for technical planning, budget, deliverables, and reporting
4. Build, in collaboration with Operations and Technical Support counterparts, product technical documentations and implement new products in our breweries.
5. Keep building up technical expertise, and leverage an established network within the organization, suppliers and related industry communities to identify new opportunities for AB InBev in brewing, beers, and non-alcoholic beers.
Skills and Experiences
Education
6. University technical degree or equivalent (Brewing Science, Food Science, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Engineering) with a complementary technical brewing education (University degree, CIBD, ABI Brewmaster, …)
7. Project management certification
8. First experience in brewing operations, and/or beverage formulation.
9. Quality experiences, beer sensory qualification are additional assets.

10. Passion for Brewing, Innovation, New Product Development
11. Ability to generate test plans, interpret laboratory, and brewing data, to build creative solution accordingly.
12. Proven project management skills: planning, reporting, multiple project management.
13. Strong team player, owner, results-oriented, always aiming to reach higher standards.
14. Good communicator, with demonstrated ability to operate across different function, and cultures.
15. Committed to continuous learning and improvement.
16. Fluency in English; other language skills are additional assets.
17. Strong foundations in Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, ...).
