Job Description The

Global Commercial Experience Lead

is responsible for driving and executing initiatives that support DLL’s commercial transformation. Reporting to the Head of Commercial Transformation, this role focuses on delivering projects that enhance member experience, enable commercial effectiveness, and ensure successful implementation of change across Markets and Global Business Units (GBUs). The position requires strong project management capabilities, a structured approach to change management, and the ability to connect talent development with business objectives. The role involves ownership of key member experience projects, including compensation enhancements, new ways of working, performance expectation frameworks, and leadership development initiatives.

Your key focus is to help define and implement DLL's strategic vision and roadmap for the commercial member lifecycle, guaranteeing a top‑class experience. You will work hand‑in‑hand with Group HR and the Global Business Units (GBUs) to ensure alignment with overall DLL member strategy and to meet the needs of the GBUs. This global role can be based in any DLL country and is part of an international team of professionals.

Day to Day Commercial New Ways of Working

Define Global Sales roles and responsibilities, ensuring all global initiatives and ways of working are tailored to each sales role.

Build commercial member enablement frameworks, tools, and playbooks for increased effectiveness.

Change Management & Execution

Lead change management initiatives that improve member experience and support commercial enablement.

Apply change management frameworks and project structures to ensure effective delivery.

Drive business readiness and oversee successful implementation and rollout of global initiatives.

Member Experience & Capability Development

Own and manage projects related to member experience, including:

Transform commercial compensation to attract/keep top talent and align outcomes with behaviors.

Onboarding programs and playbooks.

Tools and frameworks for performance expectations and sales member productivity.

Leadership and member development programs.

Align career pathing with capability‑building initiatives to support long‑term talent development.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

Provide regular updates on project progress, outcomes, and future plans.

Evaluate the effectiveness of initiatives and ensure alignment with DLL’s strategic objectives.

Support the Head of Commercial Transformation in strategic and operational priorities.

Essentials

University‑level degree, MSc preferred.

Minimum 5 years of experience in project management and change management, ideally within an HR, commercial, or sales organization.

Proven ability to design and implement employee experience frameworks across the lifecycle.

Experience in a commercial role preferred; experience in an HR or employee experience role preferred.

Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Demonstrated ability to create and implement plans resulting in clear and high‑value deliverables.

Tech‑savvy and a Power User of Microsoft Office Suite and other tools.

Excellent communication skills across all organizational levels.

Ability to manage resistance to change and navigate complexity.

Knowledge of Financial and professional Services.

Ability to build relationships with a diverse audience of stakeholders in an international matrix organization.

Fluent in English; other languages beneficial.

Desired Primary Work Location: Wayne, PA.

Other Acceptable Work Locations: Des Moines, IA; EU – Eindhoven, NL; Watford, UK; France; Spain; Italy; Norway; Sweden; Finland; Copenhagen; Belgium.

Applicable Pay Range

$121,983.20 – $182,974.80 USD (US only)

For roles spanning multiple countries, salary ranges are based on local market salary benchmarks and will vary by country.

Base salary and benefits information are provided in accordance with applicable state/local pay transparency laws. Pay may be adjusted outside the projected range based on geographical differentiation and other lawful reasons.
