Government Contracts and Business Development Specialist
This role involves representing the company with European government entities, developing partnerships with academic institutions and industry stakeholders, and managing contract negotiations.
Main Responsibilities:
* Represent the company in EU Commission and member state contexts, collaborating on initiatives related to the EU Chips Act.
* Pursue strategic partnerships with ecosystem players, startups, and established partners to drive business growth and develop service offerings.
* Analyze contract risks and propose mitigation strategies, working closely with legal and sales teams.
* Negotiate contracts with customers, suppliers, and regulators, ensuring alignment with business goals.
* Provide expertise to internal teams on Government RFPs and contract terms, identifying potential issues and opportunities.
* Elevate critical issues to executive management, facilitating informed decision-making.
Key Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field, such as silicon design or electronics manufacturing.
* Extensive knowledge of government contract negotiation and management processes.
* Strong analytical skills, with excellent reading comprehension and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
