We're looking for a Medical Device Engineer to join a high-impact Devices, Artwork & Packaging team, playing a critical role in the design, development, and lifecycle management of innovative drug delivery devices.
The Opportunity
This is a fantastic opportunity to work across the full product lifecycle — from early-stage development and industrialisation through to lifecycle management and continuous improvement — while ensuring the highest standards in quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and global partners to bring meaningful solutions to patients worldwide.
What You'll Be Doing
* Contributing to the design, development, and industrialisation of drug delivery systems
* Supporting new product introductions (NPI) and managing lifecycle activities (LCM)
* Driving technical project management across internal teams and external partners
* Ensuring compliance with medical device regulations and Quality Management Systems (QMS)
* Supporting design verification, validation, and regulatory submissions
* Maintaining and contributing to the Design History File (DHF)
* Evaluating new technologies and device platforms to drive innovation
* Managing post-market activities, continuous improvements, and market feedback
What We're Looking For
* Experience in the pharma, biologics, or medical device industry (3+ years)
* Strong understanding of key regulations and standards (e.g. ISO 13485, MDR, 21 CFR, ISO 14971)
* Exposure to GMP and quality environments
* Project management experience (Green Belt or PM certification is a bonus)
* Strong stakeholder management and ability to work in cross-functional, global teams
* Confident communicator with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
