✨ About the Role:
We are looking for a Junior Customer Satisfaction / Quality Engineer to join an exciting project in the aerospace sector. Reporting to the Customer Satisfaction Manager, the role focuses on ensuring customer satisfaction by managing complaints and supporting quality initiatives.
📝 Key Responsibilities:
* Collect and document customer complaints (Escape) after delivery – Part 21, excluding SPARE parts.
* Provide curative actions and support to customers.
* Determine responsibility for complaints in collaboration with the Serial Project Quality Assurance team.
* Support root cause analysis and corrective actions with cross-functional teams.
* Participate in customer audits and assessments.
* Suggest improvements for processes and products.
🎓 Requirements:
* University degree in mechanical engineering, aeronautics, or related field.
* Junior profile, eager to start a career in an industrial and technical environment.
* Proficient in multimedia tools for reporting and presentations (MS Office, etc.).
* Willing to learn company standards and aeronautical regulations.
* Rigorous, responsive, organized, with strong communication skills.
* Ready to undertake missions at customer sites.
* Fluent in English.
