Job Description
Key Responsibilities May Include:
1. Analyse retailer operational data, including asset flows, stock deviations, and cycle times to produce insights that improve account performance and operational accuracy.
2. Monitor account health by identifying emerging issues, implementing corrective actions, and ensuring timely resolution in partnership with retailer account managers.
3. Lead reconciliation and audit activities across assigned retailer portfolios, ensuring data integrity, accurate reporting, and alignment with compliance requirements.
4. Prepare and communicate KPI and performance reports, translating data into insights that support customer decision‑making and enhance account transparency.
5. Identify opportunities for operational improvement and customer value creation, proposing solutions that strengthen supply chain efficiency and customer outcomes.
6. Resolve customer inquiries including disputes, discrepancies, and service challenges using root cause analysis to recommend sustainable, long‑term improvements.
7. Partner with cross‑functional teams (e.g., Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, IT) to coordinate seamless service delivery and support execution of retailer account strategies.
8. Contribute to the development and adoption of predictive and proactive account health metrics, supporting continuous improvement and enhanced performance management.

9. You maintain a clear helicopter view of our control KPIs, identify trends, risks and opportunities and work on these together with your field-based colleagues.
10. You translate data, together with the reporting team and local stakeholders, into clear and usable reporting that helps our Retail department make strong decisions.
11. You actively contribute within the Retail Office Team to optimizing processes, data flows and working methods.
12. You investigate and support initiatives that contribute to better asset protection, higher productivity and stronger relationships with retailers.
