We are currently recruiting a proactive and highly organised junior Management Assistant for one of our clients, a Financial Institution based in Brussels. You would provide comprehensive executive and personal support to a senior partner. A high level of professionalism is needed, since you would liaise with a large number of C-level officials. Salary package: monthly salary in line with experience Draft, revise, and format reports, emails, presentations, and related documents Organise, maintain, and archive both digital and physical files Oversee and coordinate the day-to-day personal administration of the Partner Handle incoming phone calls, prioritise inquiries, and ensure timely follow-ups Manage correspondence flow, including emails and other communications Welcome guests and ensure a smooth visitor experience Interact regularly with high-profile stakeholders, including investors, board directors, and senior executives across various entities Act as liaison between the Partner and team members across multiple offices and time zones A degree in Business Communication, Office Management, or Languages is preferred A minimum of 2–3 years' experience in a similar executive support role Fluent in Dutch and English; working knowledge of French is an asset Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Exceptional planning and coordination abilities Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset Sharp attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy Independent thinker with sound judgment and a proactive approach Trustworthy, discreet, and respectful of confidentiality Visitor Experience, Proactivity, Coordination, Presentations, MS Outlook, PowerPoint, Attention to detail, Communication, Independent Thinker, Organization Skills, Archive, Respect For Others, Management, Office Management, Trustworthiness, Prioritize Workload, MS Excel, Asset, Correspondence, MS Office Suite, Discreet
