Role Overview:
A key account manager with expertise in oncology and neurology is required to drive the adoption of pharmaceutical products among healthcare professionals in Belgium.
As a seasoned sales professional, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with decision-makers and healthcare professionals in your region. Your goal will be to develop and execute effective account plans that meet sales and growth targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Promote and drive the adoption of Orion's pharmaceutical products by engaging with healthcare professionals to support optimal patient outcomes and enhance product awareness.
1. Build strong relationships with decision-makers and healthcare professionals in your region.
2. Develop and execute effective account plans to meet sales and growth targets.
3. Organize and lead training sessions for hospital staff, including physicians and nurses.
4. Attend national and international medical congresses and symposia.
5. Continuously monitor competitor activity and market developments.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A completed degree in Life Sciences (Pharmacy, Medicine, Biology, Chemistry, etc.) or a pharmaceutical background.
* At least 2 years of experience as hospital sales rep, experience in the field of Neurology and/or Gynecology is an asset.
* Excellent communication skills in French (spoken and written) and very good knowledge of English.
* Strong negotiation and strategic thinking skills.
* A valid driving license and willingness to travel across your territory.
* Open to use multichannel management with good IT-skills.
* High willingness to learn, enjoyment of challenges and flexibility.
* Strong presentation and communication skills.
