Unlock a Rewarding Career in Pharmaceutical SalesWe are seeking a skilled sales professional to promote and drive the adoption of our pharmaceutical products in the North and South Region of Belgium.Promote and drive the adoption of our pharmaceutical products by engaging with healthcare professionals to support optimal patient outcomes and enhance product awareness.Build strong relationships with decision-makers and healthcare professionals in your region to increase sales and growth.Develop and execute effective account plans to meet sales targets and contribute to business expansion.Organize and lead training sessions for hospital staff, including physicians and nurses, to educate them on our products and services.Attend national and international medical congresses and symposia to stay updated on industry trends and developments.Key Responsibilities:Promoting and driving the adoption of Orion Pharma's pharmaceutical products by engaging with healthcare professionals to support optimal patient outcomes and enhance product awareness.Building strong relationships with decision-makers and healthcare professionals in your region to increase sales and growth.Developing and executing effective account plans to meet sales targets and contribute to business expansion.Organizing and leading training sessions for hospital staff, including physicians and nurses, to educate them on our products and services.Attending national and international medical congresses and symposia to stay updated on industry trends and developments.Requirements:A completed degree in Life Sciences or a pharmaceutical background.At least 2 years of experience as hospital sales rep, experience in the field of Neurology and/or Gynecology is an asset.Excellent communication skills in French (spoken and written) and very good knowledge of English.Strong negotiation and strategic thinking skills.A valid driving license and willingness to travel across your territory.Open to use multichannel management with good IT-skills.High willingness to learn, enjoyment of challenges and flexibility.Strong presentation and communication skills.Organizational skills and resilience.High social skills, empathy and ability to work in a team.Identification with the corporate values of Orion Pharma.Why Join Us?We offer a dynamic and supportive work environment that fosters growth and development.
