Portfolio Investment Management /pulliOversee portfolio of quantum‑related programs including Quantum BILA related toqbitdevices, cryogenic CMOS, and cryogenic interposer. /liliTranslate market trends and structured Voice of Customer (VOC) feedback into differentiated offerings and business models. /liliManage execution of investment cases, including technical milestones and value creation tracking. /liliMaintain portfolio-level oversight of project KPIs, risks, interdependencies, and resource allocation. /li /ulp3. Ecosystem Partner Engagement /pulliAct as imec’s interface to quantum ecosystem stakeholders: universities, start‑ups, industry partners, and government programs. /liliBuild relationships with strategic partners to valorize imec’s quantum RD capabilities. /li /ulp4. Business Development Offering Definition /pulliWork closely with BD, Program Directors, Portfolio Office, and Technology teams to define offerings. /liliSupport GTM strategy formation for quantum programs. /li /ulp5.
