PRODUCTION MANAGER & CREATIVE ASSISTANT

Lewis & Melly is looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Production Manager & Creative Assistant to join our growing team. You will play a key role in turning creative designs to life, managing international productions from concept to finished product.
This is a unique role that blends practical production work with strategic input—perfect for someone who loves being involved in every stage of the process.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Develop and refine patterns for our collections
* Manage the full product development process, from initial concept to bulk production
* Oversee and coordinate all stages of production
* Liaise with ateliers and external suppliers
* Review and approve samples for fit, construction, and quality
* Advise on fabrics, materials, and production techniques
* Track timelines, maintain quality standards, and control costs
* Contribute strategically to collection planning and production efficiency
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
* Experienced in the fashion or apparel industry
* Skilled in technical drawing and pattern development
* Deep knowledge of fabrics and materials
* Experienced in managing production follow-up (samples & bulk)
* Independent, detail-oriented, and problem-solving mindset
* Strong communicator with excellent organizational skills
* Passionate about the DNA and creative vision of Lewis & Melly
* Having a creative mindset is a plus for this role
