Responsibilities for HTA (Health Technology Assessment) Webpage Management on EWPP
Content Integration, Migration, and Updating
* Provide solutions for integrating, migrating, and updating content within the preformatted Drupal-based HTA webpage.
* Ensure all content transitions align with corporate publishing standards on the Europa Web Publishing Platform (EWPP).
Content and File Management
* Upload, update, and manage the lifecycle of content and associated files on the HTA webpage.
* Perform routine maintenance and content publication tasks to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
Technological Component Integration
* Define, configure, and integrate technological components within EWPP to support HTA content delivery.
* Coordinate with IT teams to deploy and maintain technical elements needed for new features or improved performance.
Multimedia and Data Support
* Assist in transforming documents between formats (e.g., PDF to HTML).
* Support multimedia content editing and implementation (e.g., images, videos, infographics).
* Contribute to data visualization and interactive content integration for enhanced user engagement.
User Experience and Design
* Design and implement a clear, intuitive navigation structure that complies with the European Commission's UX guidelines.
* Organize content logically to improve accessibility, usability, and user engagement.
Adaptation and Stakeholder Engagement
* Continuously assess the webpage's performance and content relevance in light of evolving user needs.
* Implement stakeholder feedback, in coordination with client policy team, to optimize page functionality and outreach.
Compliance and Quality Assurance
* Ensure full compliance with EU web accessibility standards and data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR).
* Conduct thorough quality checks and evaluations on final digital products to maintain publishing standards.
* Identify and correct encoding errors and content formatting issues.
Cross-Team Collaboration
* Collaborate closely with:
o The HTA team
o Client communication unit
o IT specialists within the Client
* Align all activities with the Digital Transformation Programme led by other Directorate General.
* Adhere strictly to the European Commission's style guides for consistency and institutional alignment.
