Your primary duties will include: Team Leadership: Managing a group of Java developers, defining their responsibilities, and allocating tasks effectively. Quality Assurance: Organizing and overseeing code review activities to maintain high standards. Strategic Design: Providing abstract reasoning to improve existing applications and designing robust architectures for new developments. Business Alignment: Translating complex business needs into a coherent architectural vision across various functional domains. Technical Requirements Candidates must demonstrate mastery in the following technologies and experience levels: Java EE: 10 years RDBMS / SQL / JPA: 10 years REST Web Services: 8 years Angular: 5 years Spring Framework: 5 years Security (oAuth): 3 years Language & Legal Requirements Languages: Proficiency in either French or Dutch is required, along with at least a functional working knowledge of the second national language.
