As a Senior Associate in the Executive Compensation team, you will be responsible delivering a large variety of compensation and regards strategies, corporate governance and financial modelling projects for our large range of client companies.

The Executive Compensation team is, as part of the Talent & Rewards segment, focused on the way in which companies can achieve their strategic objectives through their executives.
We are organised as a Multinational cluster, working across the Benelux, Nordics and Switzerland. As such, we provide advice regarding (and to) the Board of Directors, Executive Committee and Senior Management population of the largest (listed) companies across Europe. In addition, we work together with colleagues across the globe on a daily basis in order to support our globally operating clients.
Our consultancy services are centred around the topic executive compensation, but cover a much broader range of disciplines including strategy, Corporate Governance (including regulations and legislation), financial modelling, broader rewards consulting and data.
As a Senior Associate in the Executive Compensation team, you will be responsible delivering a large variety of both regional and international projects. You will be part of an informal team, and will plan, design, and implement Executive Compensation and incentive programs for both existing and new clients. You get to work directly with managers and executive leadership of large firms to evaluate and develop compensation and reward strategies that facilitate achievement of business and human capital strategies.
Qualifications
Master’s degree in preferably (Business) Economics or Business Administration (Finance or Strategy);
Affinity with financial and HR-related topics and interested in compensation issues.
Pro‑active with strong social skills (team player).
A problem solver; able to identify and solve challenging problems.
Experience in executive compensation or consulting at the Board level is an asset.
Strong analytical skills; able to draw conclusions from data in a logical, systematic way.
Eye for detail and able to work independently.
Knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint skills.
