Job Description
Responsibilities
* Act as the key contact for our customers (B2B) located in Europe.
* Manage a variety of tasks, ranging from order entry to stock management, quotation, problem solving, logistics, and to some extent technical help.
* Ensure the coordination between our customers & our headquarters located in the USA.
* Ensure the existing business keeps working flawlessly, and help developing future businesses with both existing and new customers.
* Work closely with the commercial managers to support execution of sales opportunities based on customer feedback and market intelligence.
* Contribute to durable customer-supplier relationships, and guarantee the highest possible level of customer satisfaction
Job Requirements
Profile
* Master or bachelor degree.
* At least 2-3 years of experience as Inside Sales Representative in an international environment.
* English and French written and spoken. Knowledge of German, Italian or Spanish is a plus.
* Knowledge of MS office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Knowledge of SAP would be a serious asset.
* Strong focus on customer satisfaction and commercial support.
* Ability to be multi-task, prioritize & manage time effectively.
* Structured, organised, solution oriented & highly motivated.
* Team-player able to work autonomously.
