As a Project Manager, you will work on challenging projects together with a motivated team.What does this job involve concretely?You organise and coordinate the sites from A to Z with an eye on quality, safety, profitability, and within the agreed deadlines.You motivate and coach your own teams as well as the subcontractors.You closely monitor the respect of all safety instructions.You check the budgets and provide the final calculation.You are the client's point of contact, coordinating site meetings and meetings with team leaders, subcontractors, architects, etc. For the Project Manager position, you will meet the following qualifications;You have a bachelor's degree in construction engineering or equivalent through experience.You have a passion for engineering.You are customer-oriented and have strong solution-oriented skills.You are looking for a job with independence, autonomy and a great sense of responsibility.Ideally, you already have experience with roofs, or at least a very strong interest.You have a driving licence.You have strong communication skills.A moderate knowledge of Dutch is sufficient.
