Your team
As an Advisory Consultant, you’ll join the advisory team, as part of the delivery organization. The Delivery organization delivers the solution and assists customers before, during, and beyond implementation.
Once the global design is approved, all project team members join forces to implement all composing elements of the solution and provide flawless integration.
User Engagement initiatives, training, documentation, and coaching enable customers to understand the solution and use it to its full potential.
The Advisory Services team is a truly global team, consisting of senior supply chain industry experts and enthusiastic young and dynamic professionals, collaborating on various customer projects.
We value our strong coaching culture and our structured onboarding and training approach.
Your profile
We are looking for someone who meets the following qualifications:
1. Essential talents and qualifications:
2. A university degree.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. 2+ years (external candidates) or 1.5 + years (internal candidates) of experience in a similar role.
5. Knowledge of supply chain management solutions.
6. The ability to perform autonomously.
7. A solid experience in collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
8. Quick to absorb information.
9. Excellent communication, presentation, networking, and negotiation skills.
10. The flexibility to travel up to 25% of your time.
Bonus points if you have:
11. Business knowledge in one of our core industries: chemicals, consumer goods, life sciences, metals, paper, plastic film, or packaging.
12. A strong affinity with software and IT tools.
