Arnold Ash Group are exclusively partnered with a leading B2B iGaming supplier to identify and attract a Finance Director to join their leadership team. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the Finance Director will join a growing Finance team looking to drive improvements, efficiencies and accuracy across their Finance department.
This is an opportunity for a hands-on Finance Leader to lead and shape the finance infrastructure of a high-growth, globally recognised B2B iGaming business. The Finance Director would be joining a market-leading business but with the opportunity to have real impact on their success as they continue to scale and mature by delivering a best-in-class finance function.
Key Responsibilities Leadership & Structure: lead the global operational finance teams, evolving their structure and processes to take on more responsibility to support a fast paced, high growth business.
Continuous Improvement : Drive continuous improvement across finance processes, systems, and organisational structure to increase efficiency, transparency, and control. Ensuring best-practice operating procedures across accounting, reporting, and finance operations.
Financial Reporting : Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with IFRS and public company reporting standards. Manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes ensuring robust reporting deadlines are consistently met.
Technical Accounting : Own the development and implementation of group accounting policies aligned with IFRS and regulatory expectations. Provide technical accounting guidance on complex areas including revenue recognition, capitalisation of development costs, share-based payments, and acquisitions.
Financial Controls : Establish and maintain robust internal control frameworks appropriate for a publicly listed company. Strengthen governance processes across finance, ensuring consistency across international subsidiaries.
Finance Operations : Oversee core finance operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, treasury, and intercompany processes. Drive operational improvements that enhance cash collection, payment controls, and working capital management.
ERP & Systems : Implement scalable financial systems and ERP enhancements to support the business’s international growth.
Ideal Experience Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or equivalent) with a strong technical accounting foundation.
Early career experience in Audit within a Big 4 or leading mid-tier firm is highly advantageous.
Demonstrated experience within a publicly listed or publicly reporting business, ideally within technology, gaming, software, or other high-growth digital sectors is desirable.
Proven track record operating within complex international group structures, including multi-entity consolidations.
