Corporate Lawyer Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Corporate Lawyer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate law and mergers & acquisitions, with excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
* A minimum of 2 years of experience in corporate law and M&A is required.
* The successful candidate must be able to advise mid-sized and large Belgian companies on Belgian corporate law, support transactions and restructurings, and handle corporate disputes effectively.
