As a Management Assistant, you will:
* Provide direct support to 2-3 Directors, managing agendas, travel arrangements, and correspondence.
* Prepare and follow up on meetings, ensuring documentation and action points are handled efficiently.
* Act as a key point of contact between Directors and internal/external stakeholders.
* Assist with administrative tasks such as expense reports, presentations, and project coordination.
* Contribute to a positive and structured workflow, anticipating needs and solving problems before they arise.
A successful Management Assistant should have:
* Has first experience as a Management Assistant or in a similar administrative role
* Speaks Dutch or French fluently, with excellent English skills (mandatory)
* Is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
* Demonstrates strong communication skills and professional discretion
