- Advise on privacy compliance, IT contracts, data governance and digital risk
- Support clients on regulatory challenges linked to GDPR, the AI Act and e-privacy
- Handle contentious matters including IT disputes and data breach responses
- Coordinate with cross-practice teams on tech-heavy transactional and regulatory projects
- Take part in strategic work related to digital platforms and emerging tech Ideal Profile
- Above all, you are passionate about technology, privacy and the legal challenges that come with innovation
- You are genuinely interested in combining advisory work with litigation, and not afraid to go to court when needed
- You have between 2 and 5 years of experience in Tech, IP/IT in a law firm
- You are a Dutch native speaker, fluent in English, with a good working knowledge of French
- You hold a Belgian master's in law The offer
