This is a genuine greenfield environment where nothing exists yet, offering the opportunity to help define the product, shape the team’s operating model, and influence architectural and delivery decisions from day one.
You will work at the intersection of technology, product, and enterprise customer needs, collaborating closely with developers, architects, and customer experience specialists to design and deliver critical customer‑facing and developer‑facing capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the primary IT Business Analyst for a newly created domain focused on Network APIs and enterprise customer-facing functions.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable functional requirements for engineering teams.
• Work closely with developers, architects, and customer experience teams to design and deliver:
– Developer portals
– Self‑onboarding flows
– CRM‑integrated tools
– Payment and billing touchpoints
– Customer onboarding experiences
• Contribute to roadmap definition and influence overall architecture and product direction.
• Establish processes, standards, and ways of working for a domain and team that are being built from scratch.
Required Skills and Experience:
Technical:
• Strong experience as an IT Business Analyst in a technical environment.
• Solid understanding of software development concepts and enterprise technical ecosystems.
• Experience with platforms such as CRM systems, onboarding flows, billing systems, portals, and APIs.
• Demonstrated ability to work directly with developers, architects, and product‑oriented teams.
Soft Skills
• High autonomy and the ability to thrive in ambiguity.
• A fast learner who adapts quickly to greenfield or rapidly changing environments.
• Strong communication abilities, particularly in clarifying complexity and bridging business and technical needs.
• Collaborative, constructive, and solutions‑driven.
