As the Chief Executive Officer, you will take charge of establishing and developing this ambitious Investment Bank. * Recruit, mentor, and manage a dynamic leadership team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence to drive team development.
* Ensure all operations comply with local and international financial regulations to maintain regulatory compliance.
* Develop strong relationships with private and public sector stakeholders, identifying opportunities for tailored financial solutions to enhance business development.
* Manage the bank's financial health, focusing on profitability, risk management, and sustainable growth to ensure effective financial oversight.
* Represent the institution with regulators, investors, and key partners to strengthen stakeholder engagement.

With at least 12 years of experience in senior leadership roles within banking or financial services, you have a solid background in investment banking or capital markets.
