You will support business and IT/OT departments in achieving cybersecurity objectives by combining technical expertise with risk management and cross-functional collaboration. /p pYou will ensure that security principles are embedded across architecture, operations and incident response processes. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liConduct cybersecurity risk and threat analyses on IT and OT architectures. /li liCollaborate with solution and system architects to remediate identified vulnerabilities. /li liEvaluate, test and recommend new security technologies and solutions. /li liPerform periodic internal technical security assessments to ensure compliance with corporate security standards. /li liImplement and enforce security controls, policies and best practices across the organization. /li liMonitor security operations and disaster recovery processes, identify anomalies and recommend improvements. /liliIdentify and follow up on vulnerabilities through scanning, penetration testing and other security assessments. /li liContribute to the cyber incident response process, supporting investigation, resolution and reporting. /li liProvide cybersecurity knowledge sharing and training to internal teams and external partners. /li liSupport compliance reviews and ensure alignment with internal IT security policies and standards. /li /ul h3Profile /h3 h3Education /h3 pBachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field. Relevant certifications such as GSEC, CISSP, CEH, GCFA, GCFE, GCIH (or willingness to obtain certification) are considered an asset. /p h3Experience /h3 ul liMinimum 5 years of experience in cybersecurity operations and support. /li liProven experience in risk assessment within IT and OT environments. /li /ul h3Languages /h3 pFluent in Dutch and English (spoken and written). /p h3Competencies /h3 ul liStrong communication skills, both written and verbal. /li liSolid knowledge of IT and OT security practices, including access control and system/network protection. /li liAnalytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities. /li liAbility to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical stakeholders. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
