You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, including emails, phone calls, and meetings. This information will be used to improve our products and services, so it's essential that you keep detailed records.

* Fluent in English
* Fluent in Dutch or German is a plus
* IT and business affinity

* Valid work permit for Belgium
