* You will identify issues and risks, reporting them to the Site Manager.
* You will work flexibly and can be assigned to different sites as needed.
* You will have first-line decision-making authority for safety and quality in the Site Manager's absence.
* You will handle daily coordination and consultations with the Site Manager to ensure optimal project progress.
* You will monitor the progress of work, focusing on quality, safety, order, and cleanliness.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Responsibilities include leadership experience in assembly or construction projects, conducting site inspections, delivering safety briefings, maintaining safety, quality, and environment standards, possessing strong people skills, communicating effectively to solve problems, enjoying working as part of a team, being familiar with Office 365 and planning measurement systems, and being committed to quality, order, cleanliness, safety, and productivity.
A diploma within a technical field is required. The following certifications are an advantage: VCA-VOL, First Aid, Scaffolding Inspector, Aerial Work Platform Operator, Telehandler Operator.
