PpA European industrial group operating in multiple countries is reinforcing its Group Finance structure and is hiring a Head of Consolidation Group Reporting. /ppThe group works with complex operations, numerous entities and a strong international footprint, requiring robust reporting frameworks and high-quality consolidated financials. /ppThe company will soon open their offices in bWalloon Brabant /b. /ph3Jobomschrijving /h3pYou will lead the consolidation and reporting function, oversee IFRS compliance and safeguard the accuracy, consistency and timeliness of group accounts. As a key advisor to senior finance leadership, you will drive harmonisation of accounting practices and continuous improvement of the consolidation environment. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliSteer the monthly, quarterly and annual consolidation under IFRS. /liliEnsure quality and completeness of consolidated accounts (eliminations, minority interests, acquisitions/divestments…) /liliLead the preparation of the group's statutory financial statements and quarterly reporting. /liliAct as main point of contact for external auditors. /liliManage and optimise the consolidation system (HFM or equivalent). /liliDevelop reporting structures, dashboards and closing‑process improvements. /liliSupport MA activities (PPA, integration, system setup). /liliCollaborate closely with FPA, treasury and local accounting teams. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
