Duties & Responsibilities :

Lead and develop a team of operators, ensuring effective shift planning and workforce allocation.
Coach and mentor team members, providing structured feedback and supporting individual development.
Foster accountability, motivation, and alignment with business objectives across the team.
Conduct performance evaluations and support training and career growth initiatives.
Promote a culture of recognition by celebrating successes and reinforcing positive behaviors.
Oversee daily operations to meet production schedules while optimizing efficiency and resource use.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions when necessary.
Collaborate with Brewing, Quality, Logistics, and Maintenance teams to drive continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality regulations and standards.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment while enforcing company policies and procedures.

Who we're looking for :

Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or equivalent professional experience
Willingness to work in rotating shifts (6 AM–2 PM, 2 PM–10 PM, 10 PM–6 AM)
Fluent in Dutch and English, or French and English
Experience in packaging or filling processes is a strong advantage
Proficient in Microsoft Office; SAP knowledge is a plus
Analytical, flexible, and solution-oriented mindset
Proactive and results-driven, with a focus on continuous improvement
Strong collaborator, effective with operators, peers, and cross-functional teams
Inspiring leader who motivates and engages team members
Clear, independent communicator with strong interpersonal skills; experience in training and development is a bonus
