You'll work at the intersection of UX, AI and finance, shaping experiences that directly impact how millions of people understand and manage their wealth.
An International Team: Join a diverse crew of product managers, mathematicians and AI experts spanning 15+ nationalities. Our Leuven office is the heart of InvestSuite, and you'll spend at least two days a week on-site collaborating in person, while enjoying the flexibility of working remotely on other days.
Guaranteed Growth: As a junior designer, you'll get mentorship from senior colleagues while building skills across product UX and marketing design. You'll explore AI tools in real workflows, learn to design with code, and gain international exposure working on solutions adopted across four continents.
What You'll Do
* Design across multiple InvestSuite products trusted by banks and fintechs.
* Turn research insights into flows, wireframes, prototypes and shipped features.
* Contribute to marketing assets like decks, visuals and landing pages.
* Collaborate with product and engineering teams from idea to launch.
* Experiment with AI and vibe coding tools to speed up design and testing.
* Contribute to our design system and ensure consistent, accessible patterns.
What You Bring
* 0–2 years of product/UI design experience with a strong UX mindset.
* Solid Figma and prototyping skills.
* Familiarity with vibe coding tools such as Bolt, Lovable, or Cursor — or the drive to learn them quickly.
* Ability to switch between product UX work and marketing visuals.
* Curiosity about investing, fintech and financial storytelling.
* Strong communicator, proactive, and able to work 2 days/week from our Leuven office.
