This position requires solid accounting knowledge and technical mastery of the finance function. Robust experience in accounting, monthly closings, financial statements, internal controls, and tax/regulatory compliance is essential.

Key Challenges & Responsibilities:
* Full Financial Management: Lead the comprehensive financial management of the branch.
* Supervision: Oversee accounting, treasury, financial reporting, and internal controls.
* Accuracy & Reporting: Ensure precision in accounting closings and reporting to headquarters.
* Compliance: Ensure full tax, labor, and regulatory compliance.
* Financial Health: Manage cash flow, working capital, and key financial indicators (KPIs).
* Process Improvement: Drive process enhancements and operational efficiency.
