What you´ll do TALENT ACQUISITIONYou will oversee the complete process of interns’ recruitment: Gather the needs of hiring managersPrepare vacancy texts, reflecting the needs of each department, in order to attract strong internship candidatesPost and analyze applications through various channelsDrive first screening calls & share feedback/recommendations to hiring managers Monitor internship agreement processes and internal hiring CAMPUS MANAGEMENT Be the HR ambassador within the interns community, in charge of organizing monthly activities and animate the group of interns, to optimize their experience Administrative follow-up of the 6-month stays of the interns (onboarding, days-off, pulse-checks, exit procedures)EMPLOYER BRANDING Support the Recruitment Partner in charge of Academic Relations, by attending events at universities and business schools in Belgium Creating content for our social media platforms Take part in a wide range of HR projects around candidate experience, diversity and inclusion, etc. What makes you a good fit Student or Fresh Graduate in Business Administration, Economics, Human Resource Management or related Excellent written & spoken knowledge of English and French, with Dutch being considered a clear advantage Great attention to details Excellent communication and planning skills Interest to learn more about Human ResourcesLooking forward to collaborating with international colleagues, all over the Benelux region You are available full-time for 6 months starting from January 2026 and eligible to work in Belgium.
